We are always looking for new members to join our roster. You may stop by any of our events and speak to any of our current members to get more information on becoming a member. Or simply stop by one of our Membership Meetings (see our calendar) at the firehouse.
First and foremost our duties as the Dublin Ladies Auxiliary involve fundraising through community events to help support the Dublin Volunteer Fire Company. We have a variety of events and volunteer work, suitable to fit any skill set or level of interest. Here are some examples of volunteer work you could help with:
It's not strictly all business here at the DLA! For example, every Membership Meeting concludes with refreshments and socializing. We try to schedule an annual trip each year to see a dinner and show. After our fundraising events, we will often have luncheons or other outings to celebrate our fundraising success and thank the volunteers who helped make it happen. As a member, you are not required to participate in any of the social events, but all eligible members are most welcome to attend (eligibility varies per event).
See our calendar for upcoming events and the next Membership Meeting.

With great sorrow, the Dublin Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary announces the sudden passing of our long-time member, Karen Bishop of Dublin.
Karen was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for 51 years! She joined the auxiliary in 1974.
She was very active with committees and all the major fund making events such as the Craft Show, Carnival, Flea Market and of course she excelled on the Soup Day committee.
Please keep the entire Bishop family in your thoughts and prayers as this is a very sad time for them. Thank you!
